NYC Headquarters Network Infrastructure Upgrade
NiNi Digital partnered with Live Nation’s internal IT team to execute a multi-floor network hardware upgrade at their New York City headquarters. The project required precision planning, tight coordination, and flawless execution to ensure the office was fully operational before employees returned.
To minimize disruption, the entire upgrade was completed over a single weekend, removing expired hardware, deploying new enterprise-grade equipment, and validating performance across multiple floors.
